Seika ArchiveD Special Exhibition

A collaborative anime archive initiative by local government × academia × industry!!

“Seika ArchiveD” (Seika ArchiveD), exhibited on the B1F, is Japan’s first anime archive digitization project based on collaboration between local government, academia, and industry. Led by Seika Town as the local authority, Kyoto Seika University as the academic partner, and One Billing Co., Ltd. as a specialized anime archive company, this initiative represents a pioneering effort in the field.

Visitors can view the results of efforts to digitize intermediate materials from anime archives by photographing them with digital cameras and converting them into high-resolution data.

・Introduction to “all materials inside cut bags” digitized by Seika ArchiveD, presented using iPads and the exhibition-dedicated app “E-TENZI”
